I just bought my first home. I had Boyd Burks as my agent that I found online. I started my process of buying my home while I was stationed in Iraq. I thought this would be a impossible task being in Iraq with a 8 hour time difference. When Boyd and I talked for the first time and he found out I was in Iraq he assured me that he would work around my schedule to make things easy for me. I asked Boyd to check out several houses for me and to get more pictures which he had for me the next day. I was always kept informed of how things were going and when he learned what type of home I was looking for he sent me pictures of them. When I found the home I wanted he got the process started and walked me through every step we took. Because of Boyd's help and dedication to helping me and my wife we now have our first new home. Because of the fact that I did not always have phone or internet in Iraq I sometimes had to talk with him on Sunday's and at times that were not his usual business hours and he always was there. I know that I was not an easy client to please when purchasing my house. Attaining the American dream is a big step and one that should not be taken lightly in my opinion.
